About room types
- What type of rooms do you offer?
- In addition to the [Dome Tent Type], we also have [Spa Suite Type] rooms, which has its private hot spring in each room.
- What is the maximum number of guests?
- [Dome Tent Type]"Private Dome","Premier Garden" and "Private View Terrace" can accommodate 2 to
4 people, and "Deluxe View Terrace" and "Premier Lounge" can accommodate 4 to 10 people.
[Spa Suite Type]"Spa Suite View'' can accommodate 2 to 4 people, and "Spa Suite" and "Spa Suite Dog'' can accommodate 2 to 6 people. - How many beds are there in the rooms?
- [Dome Tent Type]"Private View Terrace" has 2 single beds, "Private Dome" and "Premier Garden"
have 4 single beds, and "Deluxe View Terrace" and "Premier Lounge" have 8 single beds.
[Spa Suite Type]"Spa Suite View", "Spa Suite", and "Spa Suite Dog" have 4 semi-double beds.※If the number of guests exceeds the number of beds, they will be required to sleep on mattresses on the floor. - What are the check-in and check-out times?

[Spa Suite Type]Check-in time is from 15:00. Check-out time is until 11:00.

[Spa Suite Type] Hot spring bath, shower, tent sauna & water bath (Spa Suite View, Spa Suite), 4 semi-double beds (Spa Suite View, Spa Suite, Spa Suite Dog), air conditioner , refrigerator, Wi-Fi, electrical outlets, hair dryer, electric kettle, microwave oven - What tableware and cooking utensils are provided?
- Glasses, wooden plates (square plates, round plates, salad bowls), paper plates, plastic cups, chopsticks, spoons, forks, knives, bread knife, cutting board, hot sandwich maker *Salt and pepper will be brought with dinner. Please let us know if you need them even if your stay plan is without meals.
- What amenities are provided?
- There are body soap, shampoo, conditioner, face soap, toothpaste, razor, towels, bath towels, roomwear (Japanese cotton kimono), and slippers.
- Are there toilets and bathrooms in the tents?
- [Spa suite type] has hot spring, shower booth, tent sauna and water bath (Spa Suite View, Spa
Suite) in the room.
[Dome tent type] There are no toilets or baths in the tents, so please use the toilets in the
hotel and the hot spring "Ginga no
Yu".※Glamping guests can use the hot springs free of charge.

- [Dome tent type] A microwave oven is available at the shared counter near the front desk.

About meals
- Can I bring my own food?
- Yes, you are free to bring your own food and beverages.
- Are there stay plan with meals?
- Yes, we have a "1 night 2 meals plan". We offer "Glamping BBQ" for dinner and "Hot Sandwiches" for breakfast. If you would like to bring your own beverages and ingredients, please choose the "Overnight stay with no meals plan" and bring your own food.
- What is included in the rental BBQ stove?
- The stove, net, tongs, and gloves are included.
- Can I bring my own fire table and stove?
- No, any firearms are not allowed to be brought in.
About the hot springs
- Can I use the hot spring "Ginga no Yu"?
- Yes, you can use the hot spring "Ginga
no Yu" located in the "Minotani Green Sports Hotel" on the same grounds as the glamping
facilities.※Glamping guests can use the hot springs free of charge.

About nearby spots
- Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
- There is a "Lawson", "Co-op", and "Sandy" about 5 minutes away by car.
Others
- Can we stay with our pets?
- "Spa Suite Dog" can accept your stay with dogs.
- Are there any precautions regarding stay with dogs?
- Up to 3 small or medium-sized dogs (under 25 kg) and up to 2 large dogs (over 25 kg) are allowed
free of charge. (A separate fee will be charged if the number of dogs exceeds the limit.)
Please note that you are required to fill out the agreement form when you bring your dog to the Spa Suite Dog. Terms and Conditions for Use with Dogs (Agreement) - Is there a cancellation fee?
- Yes, a cancellation fee will be charged from 30 days prior to your stay. (30 days prior: 20% of the full price, 14 days prior: 50% of the full price,7 days prior: 70% of the full price,3 days prior: 100% of the full price).
